This Privacy Policy explains how FERZ LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("FERZ", "we") collects and uses personal data when you visit www.ferz.co, buy tickets, Club Membership, gift vouchers or chess sets, or attend our events. We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Contact details: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number. Order details: items, amounts, billing and delivery address. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
Website usage: pages visited, device and browser, collected with cookies and similar technologies. Event content: photos and videos taken at FERZ events.
To process orders and send tickets, certificates and order updates; to confirm memberships and guest lists, including on WhatsApp; to answer your requests; to tell you about upcoming events if you agreed to hear from us; to measure and improve our website and advertising; and to prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run FERZ: website and online store hosting (Webflow), payment processing, email and messaging, analytics and advertising (Meta, Google), and with event venues when a guest list is required. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
We use cookies, the Meta Pixel and Google tags to understand how the website is used and to measure and personalise our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.
FERZ events are photographed and filmed, and this content may appear on our website and social media. You can ask us at any time to remove content in which you appear.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal and accounting obligations, and we protect it with reasonable technical and organisational measures. No online transmission is completely secure.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop marketing messages or to withdraw your consent. Write to inbox@ferz.co and we will reply within 30 days.
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
